Can My Child or My Mother Get Medical Attention at Singapore International Medical?

How Do I Get to the Urgent Care Clinic?
We are located at Vision Exchange 2 Venture Drive #24*01, Singapore 608526. We also are able to receive patients by ambulance - for non life threatening injuries.

How Long is the Waiting Time to See the Doctor?
Normally, our doctors will be able to attend to you within 30 minutes. However, as we accept walk-in patients without appointments, our waiting time may extend a little if we have a surge of patients. Rest assured, our nurse will attend to you and assess your condition the moment you arrive, so we can prioritise the urgent conditions and keep your waiting time short.

What Are the Charges at Singapore International Medical Centre?

Is Urgent Care Clinic International a 24-hour clinic?
Our usual clinic hours are currently 8am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays - However, our Urgent Care department is open 24 hours a day & is able to receive patients via ambulance. However, we are able to do Specialist house visits at your convenience when the clinic is closed, including Sundays and Public Holidays. These house visits can be arranged given sufficient lead time.

Can I Get a Specialist Doctor to Come to My House and What Are the Charges?
Yes, we do house visits. To schedule a house visit, our specialist doctor or nurse will do an initial assessment over the phone to determine what the condition might be, what treatment may be needed, or if it is more appropriate for the patient to go to a hospital. There will be a charge for the house-call, and additional charges will apply for tests and treatment provided.

Will My Insurance Cover the Charges?
Most injury related conditions can be claimed via the personal accident insurance with medical reimbursement plan. Insurance plans with outpatient benefits will be applicable. We are also able to accept payment from international recognised insurance companies following consult with them (subject to terms).

What Will Happen if I Need Admission After Seeing the Doctor in Your Clinic?
After assessment and treatment in our clinic, if admission to our hospital ward is required, we will arrange for medical transport to bring you to the hospital according to your preference and the facilities available.
